Q: I don’t have a UPS account. Can I still get expedited shipping?

A: Yes! On the shipping methods drop-down, select the type of Shipping Method you need (Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc.). If you are paying by credit card, the shipping charge will be immediately charged to your card. If you choose the “Invoice me after shipment” option, the UPS shipping charge will appear as a line item on your invoice.

Q: When do I need to submit a POS order by if I want my items included on my next beer delivery?

A: We will accept POS orders up until the end of business day on the Thursday prior to the scheduled shipment week. However, for large orders, we recommend submitting your order at least 3 weeks prior to your truck shipment.

Q: I ordered Graphics Files and I still haven't received my downloads. What should I do?

A: The top two reasons for this are:

(1) Check your junk e-mail folder to see if your downloads were sent there instead of your main inbox. *On newer versions of Microsoft Outlook and other e-mail providers, downloads from new sites are sorted to your Spam. To prevent this from happening in future, add the delivery@shopify.com e-mail to your "Safe Senders" list. 

(2) Check your original order...did you order POS items along with your Graphics Files? If so, then your downloads will not be sent to you. POS and Graphics Files must be ordered separately. You will need to place a new order with only the Graphics Files you need.

Q: I can’t find the Graphics File(s) I need!

A: First, try typing keywords in the “Search” bar (located at the top right of all screens). If you are still unable to find the file(s) you need, reach out to your DM or RSM to assist. If the file is not one that we have available, your DM or RSM can initiate a request to our Creative Department to generate the files you need.
